Versa 2 won't show texts

Once again I'm really disappointed with Fitbit and their customer service team. For the past week my Fitbit wouldn't receive certain notifications. I spent hours going through the troubleshooting process. Finally, I decided I needed to chat with Fitbit. I spent another hour troubleshooting via the chat before the customer service agent explained that there is an issue with the Versa 2 not receiving notifications. He was aware of this the entire time, but chose not to disclose this until he wasted an additional hour of my time. I wish I had purchased the Apple Watch.

I bought my Versa 2 yesterday. After having the exact same notifications issues and walking through the suggestions --  it's obvious it's in need of TLC from you guys in terms of a firmware update.

That said, I am stuck between a return or wait for an update; do you have an ETA on when an update will be available?

Our team is actively working on a fix to this issue and expect to have it resolved soon. Once a solution is available, we'll make sure to post it in the forums.

I've experienced multiple issues like this with my Versa 2. I would return mine, if it was still within the 60 day return window. Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S10.
