Versa 2 won't swipe and stuck on Fitbit logo

The swipe up function is not working on my Versa 2. When swiping up it shows the logo then goes back to the clock screen. Thoughts??

Hi @akmamabear83 - it seems the Today app is corrupted and to fix it you will need to do a factory reset (not without risk, especially if you don't wait long enough).

It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the factory reset and setup again.

Hi there, @akmamabear83. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. We're here to help!

Before considering the factory reset as suggested by @Guy_, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap the device they want to sync.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
