Versa 2 won't swipe

My versa 2 won't swipe to any screen. It is stuck on the main clock screen. Help!!!

Mine is frozen on the clock and I can’t find any help to sort it!

I should have also stated I have tried to restart my device which it does but I still can’t swipe/use it just shows the clock face

They'll be glad to help you further.
