I just got my Versa to at Christmas and it has been doing great but I am having trouble syncing it and it's also not telling the time correct it's about 10 minutes behind. I have tried restarting it and clearing the cache for the app but it still does not seem to be working properly. Any help would be great.

Hi there @Melbaacres, welcome to the Community Forums! Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
Before anything else, I'd like you to make sure that the mobile phone you're using is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
For troubleshooting steps, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the steps don't work, note our team is aware of a syncing issue on Andriod 3.37 and is currently working on a fix. Thank you very much for your report and patience. Please stay tuned to this thread for updates.

@Melbaacres That is correct. As a friendly reminder, keep in mind that your Versa 2 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.
Let me know if you have any questions present.
