Versa 2 won't sync my sleep data

I got the I Phone 14 pro and now I can’t get any sleep information. It will sync and update my steps and everything else, just not my sleep. Any suggestions??

Hi there, @Brendamayer. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your sleep data. 

In addition to the steps provided by @Guy_I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

HI @Brendamayer - if you change phone there can sometimes be syncing issues. Make sure to turn off the old phone.

Make sure the permissions for the Fitbit app on the phone are all enabled.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and restart the phone and watch and try sync again,
