Versa 2 won't sync nor get notifications

Unable to get phone and fitbit versa 2 to sync I'm not getting any notifications.

Hi there, @rws165. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. 

I agree with @Guy_. In order to get notifications, your Versa 2 should be syncing. In efforts to solve both issues, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

If your phone meets the requirements to work properly with your Fitbit device, please try the steps below:

1. Remove the Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 2.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 2.

If you manage to sync your Versa 2, but the notifications are still not coming through, please see Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Hi @rws165 - if they won't sync you won't get any Notifications.

Try restarting both watch and phone and try syncing again.
