Thank you so much I’ve just tried that and it is now 100% !!  I’ve lost several hours of my life trying to get that fixed 👌

Thank you. I have changed watch face and the date still does not sync. Additionally the incorrect date doesn’t even change. It just stays at 6/3. Any ideas?

Hi @Sonogirlca -  can you please switch to a Fitbit clock face and see what shows?

Make sure you are only syncing with your phone and that there are no other Bluetooth devices on when you restart both phone and watch.

You mat need to toggle automatic time zone  off in the Fitbit App, App settings and sync and then turn it on again and sync.

Otherwise see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Also pull down twice on the clock face and click on the 2 white bars to get to your Quick Settings and disable the Always On and Sleep and Do not disturb in case they happen to be on.
