For some reason my versa 2 will no longer sync with the Fitbit app. This has been ongoing since Christmas - I have gone through the trouble shooting steps with a Fitbit agent to no avail.
i just don’t understand how it can stop working all of a sudden. iPhone IOS is up to date, Fitbit app is up to date . I only got the watch in 2022 !
They have said my watch is no longer under warranty and offered 35% discount … I can’t afford to buy another watch I would just like this one to work !

Hi @Tacha23 - to check your watch Bluetooth see here What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device? You need to know it's working before the next step which would be.
Remove the watch from the phone's Bluetooth
Logout of the app and restart the phone and watch How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Login to the app and try manual sync, if this fails, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.

Hi @Guy_ ,
i did both of the above without success. I had a read through the rest of the forum and found that someone else had a similar problem and had to do a full factory reset in order to fix the problem.
i followed the same instructions and have now successfully managed to link it to my phone and app .
