Versa 2 won't sync

As of yesterday morning, my Versa 2 will not sync to my android phone (OnePlus 9 Pro). I've tried all the following, multiple times:

 

- restart app

- restart phone

- uninstall/reinstall app

- Bluetooth toggle

Then I did a "forget" Versa 2 in the BT menu and can no longer pair it (I'm in a perpetual "There was an error while trying to bluetooth pair your device. Would you like to try again?" loop on the app.

 

I was still receiving notifications for mail and WhatsApp, up until I deleted and reinstalled the app. The time on the watch is now out by 5 minutes already (last sync with app was 9am yesterday). 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try to re-pair by logging into fitbit on web & with fitbit in the charger? Sometimes I have to do that when I can’t re-pair it…
