I left Fitbit a year ago because of frequent problems syncing with my I pad. I bought an Apple Watch. I was Not happy with the Apple Watch because it needed charging once or twice a day. So I went back to Fitbit with the Versa 2. I loved it, but now, a month later I am having trouble syncing again. I am very frustrated because the remedies suggested take so much time and effort. Why can’t Fitbit develop a way to sync reliably?

Hello there, @9141. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand how you must be feeling.
In addition to the steps you've done in the past, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

These troubleshooting steps haven't resolved my sense 2 being able to sync or my online dashboard syncing with my app. I know its nothing on my end as I've already spoken with a technician on your end who let me know it's an issue but said it would be resolved quickly, it's been a week already.

So with this issues of still not being able to sync my Sense 2 app with my dashboard. Normally you might think it's not such a big deal but I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and I use the food log to help me count carbs in my meals for giving my insulin and now without being able to sync I don't have that feature to help me out. So since this happened with Fitbit last year about the same time too, I'm happy I didn't renew my premium membership when I bought my new Sense 2. But you'd figure that since the company is now owned by Google a fix would have been released by now instead we are still being told to unpaired and pair our devices which does nothing, at least for the many I've spoken to and seen comment.
I'm so upset at this point and need the features in the food log I've gone to another site and to hell with Fitbit I won't be renewing any premium membership when the 6 months runs out and I'll seriously reconsider purchasing another Fitbit if this is going to keep happening and this is the correction response.
