Versa 2-won't track sleep nor SpO2

My Versa 2 quit tacking sleep, it won't show O2 or BPM,  It will track the 250 steps per minute on the watch, but that won't sync to the app either. 

 

I have restarted the Fitbit, reinstalled the app, logged out of the app, and cleaned the back of the Versa.  

Anything else I should try?

Please make sure your heart rate is turned on. For instructions on how to navigate your Watch, please visit this article.

 

In addition, you can set up your Watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1640136026334.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

In addition, you can visit this article, open the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?" and follow the instructions.
