My Versa 2 is tuck on. It says setup wallet. No cards
have been added in your wallet. First I don’t want to add a credit. Second I can’t turn the thing off. What gives.

Hey! The same thing happened to me on yesterday. I reached out to customer support and they suggested that I take my pin code off since I don't have my "Wallet" setup. Now I'm able to use my device again.

Hi @As200ax - in addition to what @mstan1201 has helped with, check what operation has been assigned to long press button in the watch settings.
It may also help to hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
