My Fitbit Versa 2 is black. Watch is charged, 2 months old and the screen won't turn on but it shows a full battery??

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @bopper - if after charging the watch for an hour, the wrist movement or the back button is not waking the screen, you can always verify whether your watch is actually still working.
If you see the launch icons you have a clock face issue, so click on the Clocks icon and select another clock face.
This should get your watch working again.
