I just noticed the screen on my watch is not lighting up at all. There is only 1 green light on the back 4, that is green, the rest are no longer lighting up when I move it, press the side button, just nothing? Does the Versa 4 have a battery that needs replacing? It was fully charged last night and was fine when I left the house this morning. Any suggestions to restart it or get a new battery or something?

Hi there, @raubercd. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.
As @Guy_ has recommended, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Regarding to your inquiry, please note that the battery on your Versa 2 is not replaceable nor interchanged. We as Fitbit do not do it or suggest to do it as it could permanently damage your watch.
I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.

Hi @raubercd - if the light on the back is working the battery has charge and aren't replaced anyway. Try restarting the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
