My Fitbit was working this morning (alarm woke me up) and then at some point the screen turned off and I haven’t been able to turn back on. Battery was at 51% before it turned off, have tried leaving it in the charger and still no change. Holding down the side button for 20 seconds did not restart it either. Watch is only 2 months old so a bit disappointing to have issues already.

exact same thing with mine... I had mine for a longer time - little over 2 years... but still...
Contacted the customer support and the only instruction was: holding the side button for 10 seconds - if it doesn't work, they'll send an e-mail with my "warranty options"...

The replacement watch i recevied was the wrong colour despite me explicitly asking the support team that i would recevie the same colour watch face. Then, the next support team person i spoke to said their records said it was the wrong colour - i have photos of my watch before i sent it so this is a mess up on your end and now i have to wait 24 hours for someone to contact me again about it?! i'll never buy a fitbit again
