Versa 2 won’t turn on.\

It randomly turned off last night. Will not charge at all. Will not factory reset. Getting absolutely zero response from it. Have cleaned the charger and the watch itself. Have tried different plugs. Nothing.

They said they were looking into my warranty over an hour ago. Have heard nothing back. Am I just out of luck and have to spend another $300 on a watch from you guys or what? This is insane

Woke up to a black a screen this morning as well. Tried all the things mentioned above.. anyone find a solution?

Mine is doing the same thing, won’t go any further than loading the Fitbit logo, then turns itself back off, tried to restart and it won’t even do that
