My versa 2 was glitchy yesterday, not responding unless i tapped it multiple times, not registering steps. I decided to do a shutdown and I have been unsuccessful in restarting it. I have held the side button down multiple times for 20 sec. I read that it could be stuck and to push the side button multiple times to unstick and then tried to turn it on. Nothing has worked....any other ideas?

I'll try but the watch was at 78% at the time.of shutdown

@Sjm31548 - it depends where you are looking at the battery level, if it is in the Fitbit App, the level shown is when it last synced and if you don't sync often it could have been a while ago.
Also the watch could have got into a high drain state and glitch for various reasons, the most common is moisture getting in causing internal damage.
Normally putting it on charge should start it if it was a minor problem.
