How do I start my Fitbit if the screen goes blank

Hi @jackiebeanz  - it depends so here are some options.

  • Raise your wrist to look at watch,
  • If not configured, press the button or double tap the screen
  • Press about a long second if the watch is off
  • Place on the charger, it will charge and restart it
  • If not press a long second after charging
  • If not press for 10 seconds after charging to make a restart, 
  • Swipe the watch face in any direction 
  • If that works change the clock face
