I haven't used my fitbit in 6 months (lost it but found it in a drawer) I've tried resetting it, doesn't work, the screen is completely blank, it buzzes when I press the button for about fifteen to twenty seconds, but nothing else, I have tried charging it, and cleaned it thoroughly, it also won't sync to the app due to it not turning on

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

Hi @Leila333 That is sad for you, but it may be a a battery issue - lithium ion batteries don't like being flat for long periods. But I may be something else. If the long press of the button doesn't help there js probably nothing you can do. Sorry
