Versa 2 won't turn on

My Versa 2 has gone completely dead. App is showing it has enough battery. It's not charging and I have tried holding down buttons and cleaning it.

I have tried everything listed in all your guides. It's not turning on.
There was still enough battery on it when it went completely black
