Hi there, @Donnach00000000. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'll be glad to help you to update the time on your Versa 2.

As a first approach, may I ask if you already synced your Fitbit device? Please note that the time will be wrong if your Versa 2 doesn't sync as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa 2 is syncing,  I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
