Yes I bought a brand new Versa 2 today and have been trying to get it updated I had to factory reset it and do the initial update but my version on it is still 35.71.6.19 and I have it connected to my computer and it is saying there is an update but I have seen on the Fitbit support page that it needs to be over version 38. whatever and my Fiancés Fitbit is at a higher version then mine and I have the same one as her. Please any help is appreciated.

Hi,
Firstly, the 35 refers to a Versa 2, 38 refers to a Versa Lite
Secondly, the previous version for you is 35.71.6.19 and the latest is 35.72.1.9.
If in your app you see a firmware upgrade just follow the instructions to upgrade it.
You can check on your watch which version is installed.
On the watch Swipe left Settings Scroll to the bottom Click About Version at the top |
