Versa 2 won't update

My Versa 2 will not update, and the app says the update is required. 

I have tried disconnecting from bluetooth, closing the app, reconnecting to bluetooth and it is. But when I go to upgrade, my fit bit gives me the grey triangle loading symbol, then a red X. Sometimes it will give me a green check mark symbol but then goes back to grey triangle and the app tells me "cannot upgrade try later".

What do I do?

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to complete the FW update on your Versa 2. Thank you for sharing all the steps you have tried before contacting us.

Hi  Kelly,  This is because Google is having a system issue with all watches that is why you are having trouble. Give them a call
