Versa 2 won’t work new from box

Brand new Versa 2, screen is blank. When plugged into charger the Fitbit logo appears after about 5 minutes but as soon as it is taken off the charger the screen goes blank again. I’ve left it on charge for 4 hours but still nothing else on the screen and as soon as you take it off the charger it goes completely blank again. Have tried holding the side button down to do a reset etc but nothing works.

Hi @Chrissietoy  the fastest solution would be to exchange it where you purchased it. If that's not possible, then reach out to customer support. The logo is not suppose to stay on vert long @Chrissietoy  have you tried setting the ttackee up?
