The touchscreen on my brand new Versa 2 does not light up or let me wake is up.
The only thing it will do is tell me to download the app.
I have done so, and it is synced to my phone. The app does show how many steps I've taken, so I know it is synched.
Anyone else have this problem or know of a cure?

Try setting it up again, it still needs the firmware loaded.
