Versa 2

My Versa 2 wont sync ag all. I have deleted and restarted the app . This has been happening fo rd about a week

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa 2. Please try restarting again by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until the screen goes dark and the Fitbit logo appears. Then try changing the clock face to a face that was created by Fitbit. Also check your mobile device to make sure your Versa 2 is connect to BlueTooth. More troubleshooting is available in the manual HERE. I hope this helps.
