Hi @JPChen - if you did a firmware update or the button needs cleaning this can happen. See How do I clean my Fitbit device?
But as a first step, head to the watch Settings, click About and Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on charge to restart it and charge it.
If you have an unresponsive clock face that could be an issue so try changing it -How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
If that doesn't improve things you can always try factory reset in the same location But be aware this can destroy the watch if it doesn't work. Wait several minutes till the watch responds because interrupting it may surely kill it.
When it comes back make a note of the names of any clock faces or apps you use [in the Fitbit App, in case they need to be reinstalled] and remove the watch from the phone's Bluetooth.
Then in the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
You can also try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support for more assistance.
