Hi , my fitbit versa 2 has a number of issues all related to each other I am sure. The led lights are not on at the back, it doesn't monitor heart rate, SP02, sleep, zone mminutes and set alarms. I have done the factory reset, paired / unpaired the watch. Uninstalled/reinstalled app. Went into settings and turned the heart rate monitor  off/on . Deleted it from phone altogether and then paired again. I don't think there is anything left to try. I am frustrated as I paid enough money for it to not be working properly . I literally did nothing different with watch it doesn't touch water as I don't swim and remove while bathing. Any advise would be great

I agree!  How can so many people be having the same problems. My issues are slightly different than yours, but it came on suddenly and there’s no reason for it to come on like that.  As soon as I touch the screen, the icons disappear, but the time on the clock stays, so what’s up with that?. It doesn’t let me access any of the  icons. The button does no good, it just doesn’t work at all, and I have tried to reset a million times, turn off,  charge and everything else that they suggested nothing helps.

2 of my sons have the ace 3 guess what the leds gone on them too. They were Santa presents so heading into shop Sat with them. Very suspicious that it has happened to all watches out of the blue within a space of a wk Only thing I can see is their watches had run empty on batteries but we're charged fully. Think I just replace with cheap trackers as fitbit aren't any help with fixing these issues from what I can see. Shame as I kids love the challenges etc on app. Very competitive family 😊
