Versa 3.0 Update not Available

 Sometime just before Christmas the 3.0 update became available on my versa unit. When I tried to update it failed and then I forgot all about it. I’m still on 2.86 and a 3.0 update button does not show up in the app. I have tried removing the Versa from the app and forgetting it in Bluetooth and re-adding it. The update is still not showing.

Is there a way to force the 3.0 update?

@nhw3w please go to Settings app on your Versa, scroll down to About and check the firmware version there. Could you please share it?

I was confused. The app version I have is 2.86 but I DO HAVE the latest 3.0 Versa firmware (33.1.30)
