I’ve used Fitbits for as long as they’ve been around! Purchased a Versa 3 last week and it’s been neurotic. After walking ALL OVER Costco for 45 minutes, it gave me a ‘35 steps needed’ to hit 250 message while I was in line. It’s giving me voice mail notifications from as far back as last November - just randomly firing them off. It’s only holding a charge for 2 days - max. Did I get a lemon fitbit or do I need to clear out my app - or something else? I love these devices, but this one has me perplexed. Help!

Were you pushing a shopping cart? If you have been using Fitbits that long, you must know you seldom get steps counted with wrist held steady pushing s shopping cart.
Do you have Snore Detect turned on? That would explain 2 day battery life.

Yes, I was pushing a cart and I realize that alters the step count. However, I had to have taken at least 1000 steps - and for it to think it was just over 200 is pretty weak. My others were better. Snore detect is on! I didn’t turn it on and now that I know I can turn it off, I will do so. Thank you!
