I’ve had my versa 3 for 3 weeks. Three days ago it became unpaired to my phone. I “forgot this device” and then repaired it. After that, my exercise shortcut choices won’t load. The other shortcuts do  work. I also tried resetting my watch by pressing the side button until the icon showed. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi there, @jodieanna. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

 

Since the restart hasn't worked, please try to change your clock face.  Trying switching to a one developed by Fitbit in case you're using one from a third-party developer. Afterwards, test the Exercise app.

I never changed it to anything other than what it came with.
