So I have now been using the Versa 3 for over a month as a replacement to my trusty Surge which stopped syncing with the Fitbit app after six years (although still works and charges).
I was advised by Customer Services that the Versa 3 did eveything the Surrge did only more and better. However, I can't help but feel I have been mis-sold the item.
So when running, despite having the options Do Not Disurb switched off, Always on Display enabled and Screen Wake set to manual, the screen still dims and is impossible to see in daylight. Brightness level is set to highest.
Also, the battery seems to decline from 100% when going to bed to 75% when getting up eight hours later despite Do Not Disurb being set, Screen Wake off and Always on set to off.
Anyone else experiencing these problems with the device as I find it really difficult to see the stats I need when training or racing.
