Versa 3: How to read my skin temperature?

I need help understanding how to read my skin temperature. I dont know why I keep getting low negative (-) readings. Last night I got -2.5F and my reading before that range around that number.

The skin temperature is just for the night's sleep.  It finds your average over several days, then just reports how last night compared to that average.  So -2.5 just means that last night your skin temperature was 2.5 degrees lower than what has been your recent average.  It is just relative to your average and says nothing about actual temperature.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
