I was working out when I realized my versa 3 said 90 BPM but when I measured it with my phone it gave 180bpm. My versa 3 is newly bought so it shouldn't have this problem as it was measuring correctly before

I appreciate the feedback and comments. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these instructions to restart your device.
