Last week I suddenly lost battery power in my watch. I'd charged it during the day and unexpectedly it had no power the following morning. I hadn't used it for tracking activities, so would have expected it to last a few days.
Since recharging the watch, it has come back on and is not running down quickly, but the hear rate monitor is showing null. I've done a hard reset, but it still doesn't work. The light on the back of the watch isn't on.
Any suggestions about how to fix it or if it's a known problem? I checked other posts on the Community, but they were old and associated with older versions of the watch.
