Versa 3 - Sleep profile missing

I never got my sleep profile for last month and I am a premium member. Has something changed that I'm not aware of? I have the Fitbit Versa 3..

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't received your sleep profile. 

Please note that your Versa 3 needs to have synced for at least 14 consecutive days to obtain the Sleep profile. Additionally, I'd like to know if you recently migrated your account to Google.
