Hi ALl
My Versa 3 started synching SPO2 to "yesterday's" date back in May when the App updated (around version 4.40 from memory. I've now contacted support 11 times to seeking help and being told we've asked the senior technical team, or wait for the next app update. Around 10 App version updates later the issue still persists and I keep getting fobbed off.
I've tried logging off the App, force stop, clear data multiple times.
I tried a factory reset today - no change.
Does anyone have any clues that may help fix this please?
