Brand new Versa 3. Tried setting up the Wallet, adding my AMEX card but the process failed. Now my credit card seems to be registered with the Bank, but doesn't show up on my phone/in my wallet. When I try to add it again -- it tells me that it exists. I cannot remove it because it doesn't show up in the wallet. I tried the website and the card doesn't show up in my account. I factory reset my Versa, Rebooted my phone, Restarted Bluetooth -- everything -- to no avail. How do I get out of this mess?

Have you tried logging out of the Fitbit App? Then log back in?
If this fails, @jchinitz go to https://www.fitbit.com/settings
Tap the Sense. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Tap the arrow to the right of Fitbit Pay
Tap deactivate fitbit pay.
This will deactivate every card fitbit has, or thinks is setup.
You may have to wait? before you can set the card up.

I would say that you should NOT deactivate fitbit pay. My experience is that this is a one way street.
If you deactivate fitbit pay via the webapp it will be unusable and you will not be able to add a new card, it locks you out and no way to reactivate.
I've tried everything including factory reset and have been unable to get past the error message after deactivation.
