How to set correct time on watch?.

Hi @Nancykirkendall. Welcome to the community. 

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 3. 

Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. In addition to the suggestion provided by @Odyssey13, make sure your watch has recently synced: Go into the Today tab > Tap the devices icon > your device image > Sync Now.
