For the last week or 2, I’ve noticed my Versa adding numerous floors while walking on a flat floor. Have had it record as high as 136 floors when it maybe should have been 30+. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi @DavyDAC - If you have restarted the watch and it is still wrong it, some watches can develop a pressure sensor fault, if it is under warranty it can be replaced.
As it is only an informative value there is no problem just ignoring it if it is not under warranty.

While I agree that floors are only an informative value, I believe they are part of the algorithm involved with calculating calories burned. I’ve also noticed calories burned increase a lot after it adds the floors. Also, it’s doing the same on a friends Versa. Thanks.

That was just one of a number of things that was wrong with my Versa. If that’s your only issue, consider yourself lucky. My heart rate also stopped working on the device, then the time was incorrect and finally it lost the ability to pair with my Bluetooth. I’ve done a multitude of factory resets to no avail. It is now sitting on my dresser ready to go to the Fitbit graveyard along with an older Charge 2 (it was my backup) that customer support insisted I remove from the app and now can no longer pair that either because it lost its display. I’ve decided to go with a different vendor this time and feel pretty confident that I won’t see these same issues.
