Is anyone else having issues with their versa 3 band staying secured. I have talked to another person and they have had the same issue I have had with the band not locking in to place in the device.

Mine also does that on one side, the button won't snap into place like it is broken. I only had my Fitbit for 2 weeks.

Literally lost my versa 3 after falling into water while doing wakeboard with my watch on. Had bought it one week ago. So disappointed by the band quality. Isnt it supposed to be a watch you can wear while doing sport ?

When you say, staying secured, are you referring to the connection between the band and the pebble? 

If so, try some alcohol and a q-tip to clean. 

It worked for me.
