My fitbit versa 3 yesterday suddenly started draining the battery and the button has stopped working too. Charged to 100% this morning and already only has 18% charge left! I have had it just over 2 years so hoped it would last longer than that. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi there, @Atz12. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issues with your Versa 3.

Are you using Snore Detection? If so, please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?

However, I'd like to share with you that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor your it's behavior in the next day. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.

As for the button not working, please try placing both forefinger and thumb each side of face and pressing gently, also make sure to cover the entire button with your finger. For more information, see: How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
