I have a Versa 3, and have had it for 1 year. The past month, it has been draining very quickly and not syncing correctly . Yesterday I noticed a circle with a bug on it. Any suggestions??

Hi @Heather78ctr - if a watch starts draining the battery quickly first try restarting it, and sometimes restarting the phone can help.
But generally it is a sign of damage inside, possibly from water ingression, unless you did something to the settings or updated the firmware.

I do not wear my watch in the shower, so I don’t know how it could have gotten water damage. The last update I did was from Fitbit.

I have been experiencing the same problems and quite a few others with my Versa 3 for the last 7 months as well. I've meticulously taken care of my device, making sure to never get it wet(whether from excess sweat or direct water), it's always been charged correctly, no pressure or impact damage has occurred to it, it's been kept clean, firmware updates maintained and I turn the device off/back on at least once per month just to give it a reset moment. Yet during the months I mentioned, the issues I face get worse daily: Bluetooth connection wasn't registering initially (turning BT on & off, closing & opening the app, refreshing became daily, then hourly route). Signing out & back into my account didn't help. Reconnecting my device didn't help. Then my notifications stopped coming through. Then my alarms & screen responsiveness started glitching: the alarm will vibrate but won't show on the screen at all for me to disable it. Only the main clock face shows, or the screen won't respond to me tapping it, hitting the side button...nothing. Battery drains 3x faster than it used to even when Bluetooth connection isn't present 85% of the day like it used to be full-time. Sometimes the device doesnt respond to the charger being connected at all. It just goes on and on with escalating issues over time.
I've seen several other members post similar issues on individual bases and it seems like the versa 3 is degrading progressively across-the-board. Aggressively in some instances.
