Noticed my battery was getting worse cca 6 months ago, but last two months it's really bad - at this point I can't get 24h out of it, and I'm literally just sleeping and going to work. From what I read in the sub sounds like this is it, I should accept it's done its course?

Hi @katanda2 - this sort of behaviour does often indicate a watch fault, presumably from water ingression at some point.
What you can do to check the watch fully, is to sync it, change to a Fitbit clock face [for good measure], completely charge it and the put it into Sleep mode and place it face down on a table out of detection of movement and with the straps laid flat.
Turn off the phone's Bluetooth. Check the battery level progress once a day by swiping the watch face to the right and see how long it lasts. If there is no improvement the watch may have a fault.
