So ive had my versa 3 for 2 years.  The battery had been fine until 3 months ago. Now I charge it up to 100% and by the end if the day is dead.  Is this normal.  Is their anything I can do?

Hi there, @Sharebear82. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Are you using Snore Detection? If so, please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?

However, I'd like to share with you that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor your it's behavior in the next day. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.

If you continue having issues after trying the above, please follow @Guy_'s advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Hi @Sharebear82 - if a watch starts draining the battery quickly first try restarting it, and sometimes restarting the phone can help.

But generally it is a sign of damage inside, possibly from water ingression, unless you did something to the settings or updated the firmware.
