I have done the update for the battery issue and find it isn't lasting more than a couple of days.
I see there is an offer for $80 recompense which is unsuitable but I want a refund on my Fitbit instead.
Do I just go to where I purchased it for the refund and state I have a battery issue?

Hi @Jokond1 Do you live in Australia? I noticed that you wrote $80. The "appeasement" is $80 AUD and is $50 USD. If you live in Australia, please check with your local consumer protection laws.
