My Versa 3 usually holds a charge for 5 or 6 days. Suddenly it's discharging within a day, and today went from 100% to dead in less than 3 hours. I plugged it in and the app shows it at 83% but I'm not able to turn the watch on. It's also very hot while plugged in, very concerning. Before it went dead I noticed my heart rate didn't display, though the heart icon did show. I've loved this watch for just over a year. I use it to track steps and swims, with the water lock always engaged.
The only thing different is that I got a new phone and had to do a hard reset to get the versa to sync with the watch.
Since I can't turn it on I can't do a hard reset. Any ideas on how to proceed?
