Versa 3 black screen

My Versa 3 shows a black screen, but the lights are working. I've read the tips from the forum about this issue and have replaced the screen with the original one. It's still black though. The problem is that I can't contact via Twitter, as I don't have an account. I also don't speak English well enough to hold a conversation and explain the issue. Can you help me?"

Thanks, but I tried to change it in Preference Options, I select Spanish and it immediately changes to English. However, Community Time Zone has been allowed to be changed.

Please, I would accept any help to get the watch working again, even if it's in Chinese, I don't mind using a translator, even if it's annoying, I use the watch to measure my heart rate which is triggered by illness.
