Versa 3 blank screen

My Versa 3 is fully charged but currently just has a black screen and I can not do nothing with it!

Hi @Robynemartin24 Try restarting the fitbit a couple of times. If that doesn't help then try changing the clock face in the app. If it is still blank  you will need to contact Fitbit Support
