Versa 3 blank screen

Hi ,

Its been almost 2 days since there is a black screen on my Versa. It is vibrating when I get messages or Phone call but I can't see anything. I try to restart it many times bot with and without a charger. 

Is there something more I can do ?

Hi there, @ZuzkaR. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi ,
Thank you for your tips but nothing seems to be working. I restared my fit
bit many times, tried to change the clock but keep getting a message that
it couldn't install it.

It has been 48 hours now and I can't see the display.

Would really appreciate if you could help me. I have had my fitbit in 2
years and never had any problems with it.

Is there something else I can do ?
